Hôtel situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire avec des aboiements de chiens quasi toute la nuit venant du voisinage. Un spot se déclenchait par intermittence à partir de 2h du matin éclairant toute une façade de l’hôtel dont les baies vitrées n’ont pas de stores .... »
